Penn State offers dual enrollment to high school students who would like to attend the Mont Alto campus to take college courses. This is a great opportunity for students to experience college-level coursework and earn credits before their high school graduation.
Credits earned can be applied to a Penn State degree and are part of one transcript recognized at all Penn State campuses. Dual enrollment credit may also be transferred to another college or university.
This is your time, your education, and we can help you develop a flexible plan to meet your goals at your pace. At Penn State Mont Alto, you can start with an associate degree and transition to a bachelor's degree. Your second Penn State degree can complement your first.
As a student, you can spend your first two years at one campus, then transition to another campus to finish your degree. We call it the 2 + 2 Plan, and it's the most common path to a Penn State degree.
Being a Penn Stater is worth bragging about, and to help you spread the word, we've developed a social media kit and Zoom backgrounds for our incoming Mont Alto Nittany Lions
Parents and family members, we believe that bragging should be contagious, so we made some graphics for you also.
